Functions very well I only wish there was a locking mechanism to keep to stand more sturdy, but considering it has never proved to be an issue I would highly recommend

* Saves desk space.* Strong metal headphone stand with plastic cover for the hook portion. The hook is very wide and rigid, which might not be good for some headphones.* USB 3.0 hub works at advertised speeds. The included cable is short but is of good quality.* The DAC is mediocre, which is why I returned the product and gave it 4 stars. It runs at 48khz/24-bit for output. The input is okay but it picks up EMI noise, I think due to the integrated data and charging ports.I bought this mainly to act as a cheap DAC for voice communications. Power output is good but sampling rates are low. The input sensitivity is good, but it also picks up noise. You may be able to use software to filter it out, such as Equalizer APO. However, I found a cheap $10 USB-C DAC has less noise and offers better audio output & input quality.If you need a hub and have normal (not studio/pro-grade) headphones, I recommend this. This would probably be fantastic if you have a USB headset, too.

The product itself deserves good review. It is as advertised and 100% functional, with one small complaint. The cable that connects to the computer is short, i purchased this for cable management on my desk but the tiny cable is only long enough to sit right next to or on top of the pc not ideal. Maybe I can find a usb extension.The reason I rated 3 stars is because I recieved an obviously used product, came scratched with finger prints. The packaging was damaged on arrival from the customer that returned it. I will not waiste my time returning and dealing with that process but if I wanted used I would have bought used and saved money. When I opened the package I felt used.... it was like paying for a fancy hotel...... then you get to your room and clearly the room was not cleaned after the previous customer. I feel like I'm sharing sheets with someone I never met. Christ their DNA is on my order.

Nice little multifunction unit. The headphone rack is pretty sturdy. I wish I had the room it set up that way on my desk. I have the thing tucked under one of my monitors. The volume control is a joy (it works even if you're not using the headphone jack on the device, it adjusts the volume on the computer itself). I wish it had at least one more USB port (there are only three).
