I just want to buy the handle for this product, and I can’t just buy the handle. So I have to buy the whole three-way valve instead of just the handle which is easily to take off and replace. The handle always breaks within three days. it’s hard to turn within Three months. You need to replace it, which is A plane out rip off bad product cheap

Finally installed it after too many months on the shelf to return. It immediately started leaking at a screw. I took a closer look and the plastic was cracked. I put some sealer on it to hopefully hold while order a better valve.

Poor quality plastic. Casting was not complete allowing o-ring to protrude through side of valve. Severe leaking.

The diverter seems to work well so far. It is extremely hard for me to turn and sometimes I am unable to turn it. My husband can turn it but finds it difficult as well.

This item works as described. I use it to change the flow from my solar heater at night. The only drawback is that it's VERY difficult to move the handle from one position to another. If you've got arthritis, for instance, I doubt that you'd be able to use this. At first, I thought it was defective or frozen, that's how hard it was to move. But I got it to turn, finally. It might be a bit easier now but watch out if you don't have a lot of strength in your wrists.

Installed on our aboveground pool heating system. The valve leaked around the handle but it was already installed making it very difficult to replace therefore I could not return it or I would have.

Reasonable price. If I was selling it, I would charge more. Looked exactly like the old valve I was replacing, which I had used for 12 years and broke through my stupidity and not through failure on its' own. It was easy to install, and it arrived in less than two days.

I know valves. After 30 years in chemical engineering I have seen every type. These are great. They do not use a "ball" but instead, plastic pieces internally. So what I say, if it allows them to sell for $11. It also results in less friction when turning the valve which is a nice improvement over conventional ball valves. It moves so easily that this may be why the manufacturer designed in some detents that lock the valve in position so the handle must be rocked back in order to change position. I view this as a good thing.Now, if you have a gritty or sticky liquid the lack of a ball may be a problem but for water, this is a winner.
