This is the conventional page-a-day desk calendar I began using in the office decades ago. I always relied on it (more than I realized) and still do. Working from home now, I tried other calendars but found that no other type--Outlook or even the boxed, desktop, tear-off types--worked for me. Features I especially like are: 1) There's room to make notations, and 2) You can turn back to see previous days. The previous days' pages aren't discarded. What else can I say? Sometimes old habits are hard to break. Glad to have my trusty calendar back!

For the last several years I have used this calendar to keep track of the events in my life; being in my 70's my memory is not what it used to be! At the end of a year I remove the refill from the holder and use large notebook rings to keep the pages together before filing them in a cabinet. I then have a record of significant dates and happenings such as births, deaths, hospitalizations, etc.

I have been buying these refills for years..every December going to an office supply store and trying to find them.this year I had an AHA moment and found them on Amazon.They came over night and I didn't have to leave the house.This calendar system works so well for me.Plenty of space for each day.You buy the base once and forever after that all you need are refills.

People gripe a lot about companies that import products, that the practice hurts American industry. I bet they never gripe when they can save 50% to 75% on the products; the same products that are just as good quality as domestic, sometimes better. Example: Try & buy a Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche made vehicle with their performance & quality in a US made vehicle. Even the VW is better than any Ford, GM or G.F.B. Chrysler product. Had them all over the past 40 years and most had more miles on a hoist than on the street ...

Not a lot to review on a calendar. It doesn't leak, smell bad, or have any shipping damage. All parts were in the package and fit well. As far as durability, we expect it to last for only one year before becoming obsolete. I am sure this critique will be of great help for others. LOL.

My grandmother (who is celebrating 100 years this year), loves to keep track of all the birthdays in the family, as well as her appointments and who comes to visit her each day. I write the birthdays for her each year, then give her the calendar. She said it is one of her favorite gifts.Obviously this item isn't just for the busy office exec, it's also for the busy centenarian.

I started with the 2015 version, and though this one is slightly different, (VERY slightly, but like the saying goes, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!") I like it just as well, and will get the next year! ESPECIALLY since it gives you room to write things you wish to remember, to do lists, etc. Also since I was'nt entirely sure of the measurements, (I got everything for 2015) I was hoping this would fit on the base I got for the 2015 model (I figured it would, this being a refill) so I went back in my order history, and clicked on the one for the 2015 calendar, and it opened onto this page for the 2016 refill, and hoping I was right, I ordered it. The only difference between this and the 2015 version, is that while they both listed Monday thru Friday on their own 'foldout' pages, (like opening a book, and having both pages show the day, date, and year, along with a small calendar on the upper left of the right-side page showing the whole layout of that particular month,) Saturday and Sunday are now on one page each. I'll explain. Monday - Friday each take up two pages, (like in the last edition) but unlike the 2015 copy, now Saturday is on the left page, and Sunday is on the right page, with no smaller 'calendar' of the entire month on the upper left of the right page - but on the weekends ONLY. If you still have questions about something you would like me to explain better, (or if my explanation was just too confusing) please leave a comment. I'll add some photos to try to help clear up any confusion, though.

I've used this daily desk calendar for many years and find it meets my needs perfectly. At one time, I purchased the tabs for the months and I'm able to keep using them again each year. It would be nice, though, if they would have a blank page at the end of each month so the tabs for the months would have a place to go that wouldn't interfere with one of the daily planner pages. If not for that, I would give it five stars.
