Caveat that it may be due to my desk, which is good but not great. If you have a high-end desk, or at least a solid one, this mat work for you. It was easy to install and didn’t leave dents. I used it with an Asus 27” monitor. Unfortunately, my monitor still wobbled with the slightest touch of the external keyboard. I’m in the process of returning it for a wall mount. Worth trying if you have a very stable desk. Heck!

I was really surprised how beefy this thing it. Holds well to the desk with lots of desk thickness options.I would never be concerned about my monitor moving while attached to this.
