Onee we if the primary reasons I chose this product is because it indicates the bandage scissors are inclusive. Upon receipt and in packaging product, there are no bandage scissors included which is a big disappointment.

It didn’t come with any instructions and there are some pieces that came with it that I don’t know what to do with them, I wish I could switch the ear pieces but overall it gets the job done.
