I have 8 camera system I bought at Amazon. it had 2 power supply of 4 cameras each and 4 of the cameras went out, This unit powers all eight with power to spare. Picture also better with the extra amperage. Great product I highly recommend, Voltage same, amps higher which is important.

Needed power supplies for security cameras. This 8 output power source is for all of the extra cameras I had to install. 16 in total. I have 2 eight output power supplies now and both are working properly in providing 12 volt 5 amps of energy. Quality seems good and they look and feel well made. However, time will tell the tale of longevity and quality of the 2 adapters sets. Will update over time and adjust stars as needed but for now we are fully satisfied with the quality of them. Four Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

I purchased these because a security system I bought, did not have enough amperage when I extended the line to 100 feet from 50 feet. So I need a little bit more amperage to get the power to that distance so the cam was her work. I had purchased these once before and then purchase them again. After having not one one year and it worked flawlessly. I like the fact that it is made of very good quality and comes with the adapters to plug into the cameras connection so it's made specifically for what I needed to have done.I would highly recommend this if you have a system and you want to run a little bit longer camera or your cameras tend to shut off after night vision. I mention this because most people are not aware that night vision uses a little bit more amperage to power the line. So oftentimes if a power supply is just at the minimal, and adding even a little bit of loss they can no longer work properly. I have found that the majority of time that a night vision does not work properly is usually because there's not enough power going to the camera itself. I have had no issues with these power supplies they seem sturdy and I still have the one from last year I highly recommend it
