This is my 3rd purchase of roller shades. Looks great, my son didn't have any problems with the installation. My only con on this product is the wand operation. My other 8 ft long shades have the chain operationa and they are so easy and quick to unroll and pull up. I really do not like the wand, I understand they are safer around children and animals but I still prefer the chain. The wand is time consuming and if a strong wind comes the shade is in the air before I can get it rolled down. I am researching how to replace the wand with a chain. Overall the shade is perfect.

I purchased these not because I want to block the sun because my patio/pergola is not affected by the sun. But I need to block rain and wind from getting inside and these are a God send. You don’t need to cover all of the area as long as you keep the middle of the area as covered as possible. When rain and wind hit the shades somehow it doesn’t got into the open areas so far. Obviously, they will NOT do the job on high winds like say 40mph, that is common here in the Rio Grande Valley, TX, so you want to check the weather channel app to see what kinds of winds are coming to you. The last cold front I was able to smoke my cigar at 30º with my ceiling heater’s help, because these shades blocks most of the cold winds.The installation was somewhat easy. Once you install the first one it gets much faster. The one on the left came somewhat wrinkled and makes it difficult to reel back up. It’s winter so I’m sure that during summer that will fix itself. I highly recommend it.Amendment…. I decide to make changes with one of the shades that was not covering enough space and returned it for a wider shade. I returned the used one and ordered the other one. Excellent customer service. Everything was flawless. I highly recommend it

I bought this sun shade in hopes to give me some relief from the sun.. and relief I got. This thing is incredible. It totally blocks out the sun. I love it and I wish I would've bought it sooner. Couple important things about installation: 1. The seller put together a great video on how to assemble the actual unit. 2. Installation of the braquets was easy. 3. I would recommend having an electric drill and a 2nd person to help. 4. I hand drilled all the braquets into the stucco and hung the shade by my self. 5. Have a leveler handy if you have one. I eyeballed the braquets and it only took me 2x before I leveled it perfectly. 6. The MOST IMPORTANT PART - THE SCREWS THEY SEND YOU WERE NOT LONG ENOUGH TO BREACH THE STUCCO AND INTO THE WOODEN FRAME - I had some extra 2" screws (4 to be exact) in my toolbox and I was able to use these and the shade was sturdy as a rock. Great product. Great quality. Great price. I will buy the exact same one from this buyer if I ever need another one. It took 3 days for the package to arrive and had everything I needed in it to complete assembly & install in about 1 hour by my self. Thank you. B

We bought this to cover our plants when it rains cos the rain just poors over our plants and floods them. There is a balcony above us so the rain just poors straight down on ours. This works very well to deter the rain. It was a guess to try. Lot better than I hoped for. I got a couple of aluminum pieces and bent a 45deg angle and attached their catches. I roll it up a little to create some torke and it holds really good.The blind itself was easy to install and opens and closes very good. The fabric seems pretty good. It does provide shade very well.
