While one of the knives was whole, it was a joy to use. After 10 minutes it broke on the soldered joint of the blade. Returned for refund.

these pallete/painting knifes are very well made, the metal blades have a good spring to them and are smooth on all edges. the set provides all of the shapes you need to start out and are very reasonably priced. I definetly recommend

My experience has been primarily in watercolor or acrylics used comparably; in trying to expand my knowledge base with acrylics I knew I was going to have to get comfortable with thicker applications.These palette knives have opened doors for me, changed how I dealt with my media; they've helped me, amongst other things, loosen up and explore different means of blending and creating structure.The knives themselves? The sturdiness and variety of shapes and sizes, the angle at which they join to the handle, and the easy-clean benefits of a good stainless blade all contribute to a superlative product!

Nice set. Lots of sizes and shapes. I wish they had coated the handles with something that repelled paint. You really have to work to get it off in one using. Otherwise, very good

I had never done a painting with palette knives before. I bought this set. They are nice and sturdy, easy yo clean and so far they are doing a great job (with a little help from me)!

As an oil painter, the first thing you want in a palette knife is flexibility. This collection has many different shapes and sizes for all the various effects desired in painting. Very useful.
