I used this for acrylic paint pour project. It made the paint have really pretty patterns. A lot went a long way, and last a while. Although, I noticed the bottle leaked. Overall did really well, and easy to use.

Paint your base color of regular nail polish. Let dry. Paint a thin layer of the silicone oil where you want it. That won't just dry. Right away you can paint a thin pass of nail polish over the oil. One pass. Doing more will reduce the effect. Polish will dry over oil. Make sure you still use a quick dry top coat after. This is a great alternative to abstract gel for non gel users.

I was admittedly a little intimidated by this product once I received it. You have to add heat (a torch is recommended but I used a grill lighter and this was the result of my very first attempt). I feel like the intimidation I felt was more about the fact that I don't consider myself a painter. I am so happy with the result and look forward to creating more art!

Not sure if im using it wrong.. Or if its the vrand of acrylic paint im using but its definitely not for small amounts of paint. I get a few cells out of the different layers but its definitely not what i was hoping for. I actully get better results using a wood oil that ive already had at my house. It may work if your doing a larger project but for my little cups and coasters not so much
