For the price this little miracle is a huge value. If your car doesn’t have an aux option and has a cassette deck I’d say it’s absolutely essential! All functions work as advertised - even the Bluetooth for phone calls - while not the BEST I’ve honestly been told I sound worse on older factory installed systems - really that feature alone was a pleasant additional surprise. The Bluetooth audio is good, I’d say 8/10 for podcasts and 5/10 for music. Could just be a function of my factory “Bose” system but the audio seems to only come from the rear channels. Still, well worth the money, installation is a snap, and worked perfectly the first time. I have a ‘03 Acura RSX Type-S and was fortunate to find a specimen that had only been “driven” but not modified in any way - so it’s nice to have that original look and feel of the more “analog” vehicles before screens and such took over and this allows you to enjoy the factory lighting of the OEM dash at night instead of having a bright screen or something with clashing lighting.Only drawbacks are to remember to push the center Bluetooth connect button each time you start to drive (before driving of course) but it comes with some LEDs which let you know what it’s up to. Also I just keep mine plugged into one of my two USB ports from a 12V adaptor (the other for a smartphone charger of course) so I don’t worry about it running out of power. A little double sided tape to mount the small controller/Bluetooth mic would be a nice touch if they included it (I think they included some tiny screws but can’t imagine using those!). Definitely get this for an inexpensive, easy, and dependable solution to update your older vehicle’s audio and phone connection options - for the price you just can’t go wrong.

It connects to Bluetooth more reliable and much easier to use. The USB port is a little off, and unable to plug the USB wire, the fix is to use a small blade and make the hole for USB port bigger.

Works perfectly, I have a 2002 Dodge Ram pickup with the good ole cassette player in it. I did not want to remove my old head unit and try and modify it in order to have Bluetooth so I purchased this item to give it a try.Easy set up and very easy to get connected. Sound quality is awesome, great value, great product. There are other ones out there but I could not adjust the volume and could not turn up the volume with that product. This one is the best..

It charges while you use it. I don't hear any cassette noise. No background static or noise between songs. Works perfectly!!!

Was soooooo excited!! Couldn’t find my old cassette to aux cord so I found this one.. and with Bluetooth.. the new 5.1 Bluetooth with better connection.. plugged it in and only drivers side worked.. which was label side up.. so tried other way.. passenger side.. went back to the original way it says.. if I stick the aux end into the Bluetooth adapter kinda halfway in and fade to the opposite speaker more it will work.. even.. lol Not sure if it’s the cassette or the adapter.. when I find my old cassette to aux I will let you know which is the issue.. I am also old enough to actually have a cassette or 2 to try so I know it plays tapes properly.. I don’t have anything that has a headphone output to play direct.. that’s why I got the Bluetooth!! :)

Seems ok but very up and down. Works one place then not another. Not recommended

I can connect the cassette to my phone with the jack and listen to music but have not gotten the blue tooth to work as yet.

I previously purchased a different Arsvita car cassette tape for my car, and it did work but only for a short amount of time. After reading the reviews of this product, I decided to purchase one as I’d much rather invest into cassette to aux adapters than replace my car radio entirely. I attempted the methods with and without the bluetooth receiver as stated in the manual and unfortunately none worked. I would only hear the tape clicking as it’s inserted but no sound from the music I have playing. I’m very disappointed as I had high expectations and paid more for this product than I did previously, with the impression that this would undoubtedly work on my car. I’ve sent an email out to the company regarding this issue and I’m currently awaiting a response, I will update this review once it’s received.

I very easily installed the adapter, to use the Bluetooth function in my car. Connected quickly to my phone and worked perfectly within seconds. Sound quality is a little lacking, but that's to be expected on this type of device. Turning the sound up to max on my phone and adapter, and adjusting volume on my car's radio worked fine. Very little background noise detected. I would recommend and buy again.

After hooking it up and testing it, I was ready to bin it and write a scathing review of this product; very poor sound quality, low volume, squeals and crackles, you name it. The only thing it did easily was connect to my phoneThen I thought for a moment; maybe the problem is with the 40 year old tape deck on this Goldwing... So I cleaned and demagnetized the head, and what do you know? This thing works awesome. Well worth the money.

Connecting to Bluetooth and then to tape deck takes less time than it took for me to write this sentence. Super easy. Sounds good and no static like fm transmitter style units. The only things I dislike is when the rechargable battery is dying it makes noise and you can't just plug it in. You have to turn it off, plug it in and then turn it back on. Otherwise it keeps beeping for a dying battery. The other thing is the MicroSD card slot doesn't seem to have a shuffle option that I can find. I load up a few hundred songs and can't shuffle them.

What can you really say - it's a tape deck converter. I got this thinking it would be better quality than an FM transmitter, and maybe it is. When it's ran thru bluetooth maybe not. Connected directly it has better quality but you lose the ability to switch tracks easily. One good thing is it has a long cord. Bluetooth thing is hard to charge due to plastic around it. Also doesn't give an indicator just makes a rhythmic tone when it is low (blocking you from using it). The silver M-to-M piece broke immediately, just kinda fell apart in my hand during unboxing. All in all definitely not worth $25. Maybe $16 but that's pushing it. Probably need a tape deck cleaner now too. Oh and it's NOISY! You can hear it clacking when no music is playing. Pretty poor design all in all.
