Works well once you figure out how to put staples in. Watch or it will come apart on you. Order the 5/16 staples. The 1/4 are too small. Not that heavy duty.

I keep buying these because we have a high volume restaurant and they would appear to be sturdy. Howev er, I have a drawer full of them as they seldom last long. They jam and then you can never get them to work again... even my handyman who can "fix anything" can't figure it out. I am beginning to feel like a sucker and have six non-working staplers at this point.

What a waste…I’ve bought 5 different kinds of staples and not a single kind actually fits in this thing. The description for the types of staples this stapler is supposed to take is completely misleading. I bought both kind and neither fit. Who makes a product that doesn’t fit any of the staples on the market. Save your money.**If you buy the arrow P22 staples they actually work and it staples quite nicely. It’s just frustrating that only their brand of staples fit the product and they don’t seem to be sold in stores.**

impossible to find staples for this stapler uses a propreitory size of staples only the company makes. and cant find the staples anywhere. unthical practise and waste of time and money. this should have been mentioned by the manufacturer.

I bought this stapler as a used product. The container said that the product had been checked serviceable.Whoever did the inspection did a very poor job. At first the stapler did not work. Upon inspection I found several staples jammed inside. I managed to remove them and now the stapler works OK. I hope that this is not an indication of future problems with this device.CheersJ Baron

Did not rate ease of use as it broke before I ever got to use it. The first time I put the P22 staples in it, which were not easy to find by the way, it jammed and was broken. Since I did not adequately read the ad…I failed to note that it does NOT come with staples, which is on me. Went lowes and Home Depot, in spite of the implication or actual verbiage in the ad as I read it at the time, of being “Heavy duty”…. No home improvement centers near me sell the required staples. So it took me a month to look and eventually have to come back to amazon to buy said p22 staples at 5/16th inch legs. Not even once has that speaker worked. I am so fed up because at the time I ordered which was a couple weeks ago, it was 18 dollars for 1 box of 5050 staples or the most inexpensive as I found on hee was 14 for 3 boxes. Ok fine…I’ll buy 3 boxes.so now 15150 staples deep and no lunch. It harmed first time out and has not worked since except when my boyfriend tweaked the plunger which pushes the staples into place. Its junk. I regret that I did not read reviews and no other staplers take those size or diameter of staples so I; stuck with a bunk stapler and over 15 thousand unusable staples and this is a waste of time/money. To the seller, thank you for delivering timely, etc and its not a dis on you. Its a dis on the manufacturer. Screw them. Pls sell something better because I think you are doing good on the business end. Just the product sucks.

When I first bought this, it was defective. The spring could not be put correctly to push the staples to the edge. I contacted Amazon Support and they were responsive and able to resolve the issue by sending me a replacement. Since then, the replacement stapler has been reliable, used many times to staple things together, not just paper. I am satisfied with this product and with Amazon Support.

What can I say...It's an Arrow! A well made quality product built in America. It's nice to see that some companies are holding their ground and making quality products for their customers, they have pride in their products and they value their customers, it shows in their products. This stapler should last a long time in a commercial environment, it's a purchase you won't regret. Well done Arrow!Note that there is an error in the Amazon description, this stapler cannot use heavy T50 series staples, it uses lighter P22 staples.

bought this for making sparkle balls which involves plastic cups, found other staplers not up for the job, but this stapler is brilliant, slight hiccup with some staples jamming inside, but easily remedied, very well made, well worth the money, make sure you use the correct staples and you cant go wrong, excellent service

I make sparkle balls with this stapler very quickly. I bought it for that reason. Sparkle balls are Christmas decorations you make with plastic cups and Christmas lights. So basically it is stapling plastic cups together very well without cracking them. I can make a sparkle ball in about 45 minutes with this stapler, whereas it took me over an hour with other staplers and I was often having to pull out the staples and correct the positions. Not with this one. It is very accurate and reliable. I haven't used it for anything else but sparkle balls. But I am sure if I needed to use it for many stacks of paper, it would work extremely well too. Someone that runs a sparkle ball site told me to get this stapler as it is the best one.Update 12/15/16:Still using this stapler and it is still going strong. Probably wasn't made in China like so many other products I have bought on Amazon that break way too quickly. For instance, can openers.So far this thing is very heavy duty, easy to use and does what it is supposed to do.

I purchased this stapler for my home office. I have used the P22 as a heavy duty stapler for pages 25 and under for the last 15 years at my office. It is dependable and keeps its shiny luster so it does not look out of place in an office setting. Standard staplers often jam or only partially staple, but this stapler does as intended, which means that your papers are stapled the first time. You will not have to restaple your documents, just to make sure no pages become detached. I originally purchsed this stapler to staple heavy duty poster board and when that project was finished began using it as an office stapler. I get a lot of comments about the P22 when others use it to staple, but because it is sold in hardware stores you do not see this stapler in very many offices. Amazon is great since you do not have to go to a hardware store to purchase the P22.
