The factory bolts were brittle and challenging to use. These are fantastic, and it is recommended that they be upgraded if headers are replaced.

Tired of busted manifold bolts or the brackets that are band aids to prevent exhaust manifold to cylinder head leaks?!? These are the answer and fix! Worked on our 6.0L 2008 Avalanche and 2015 6.0L 2500HD.

They work way better than the regular bolts, especially when you're trying to install big headers and you need something to hold the headers when you have to go back under.

Makes removing the headers in tight spots a tad harder but they stay tight and seal well when combined with a proper gasket and header.

One could say, what can you say about a fastener. These like any ARP product I have ever had the pleasure of using are top notch. The quality of their manufacturer is so far above any other that it is really like being a work of art. They fit right, make the installation of headers much easier and just look dam good.
