Used in a damp car. Let it sit overnight. The powder had definitely absorbed dirt and moisture. Didn’t “fix” the problem necessary, in this case. But still definitely effective. Probably great for carpet.

Highly recommend. I foster dogs so many times they will urinate on the carpet. I clean up, let it dry then add this. Takes away any nasty smell. Eventually the carpet will get changed to something water resistant… not in the budget yet.

This smells really good and fresh but doesn’t last very long. It only works for a bit. Good sized bag but I feel like you have to use a lot of product. It does remove a lot of the bad smells.

The Aromasong Natural Carpet Deodorizer - Fresh Citrus Scent Upholstery & Carpet Freshener Powder has a wonderful lemon scent.There's a reason name brands have carpet fresheners in a container that you can sprinkle on the carpet. The first ingredient and what there is the most of is; Aluminum Sulfate and it is not good to use your hands to dispense it because it could cause irritation.It should have come with some type of plastic cup like a sifter to make it safer and easier to put it on your carpets.Although this has a very nice scent, it would not be something I would purchase in the future.

Unlike other reviewers who complained that the scent doesn't last, I found the scent to be REALLY REALLY strong and overwhelming when i used it on my carpet. Even after vacuuming the strong fragrance lingered. It was more floral than citrusy to me, and I hated it. Thankfully, it dissipated within a day.SO --- if you're looking for something with a lasting scent, this probably isn't for you. If you're looking for something that will lightly freshen your rug and then disappear, this may be better for you. If you ABSOLUTELY HATE STRONG SMELLS, you won't be able to use this, even though it eventually goes away.
