Smell is great, I also thought I didn’t receive the cotton core. But upon looking inside the Amazon packaging it was there. I think the box from aroma isn’t sealed enough so they fall into the bag.

I’m a smoker… it freshened the air, as though I am a non-smoker!!!! Leaves no traces of smoke…!!!

You get the fragrance but not the wick to draw the fragrance up, makes no sense!

The wick is now incorporated in the little bottle and not separately, as it was in the previous packaging. {verified with Aroma360.com}…The reason why only 4 stars is because I’m not too fond of the scent. It has an undertone of citrus {lemongrass}… Returned to Amazon
