I use this alongside my cricut maker and the vinyl. Works well on glass projects. Just watch YouTube before hand and it’s easy to use. I do leave it on for much longer than recommended on the bottle but it’s because I follow YouTube instructions.

Works great when you put it on good glass. Easy to clean up.

The Armour Etch was easy to use and apply. It applied well and covered surfaces well. It etched well on the glass. Whether you leave it on for 5 minutes or 30 minutes, it gets the job done. It was a great value for the price.

Used it to take the anti glare film off my eyeglasses because my lenses looked weird like a rainbow scratchy look. It was horrible looking. I was told I would have to get new glasses because the anti glare film was coming off and there was nothing they could do. I would also have to have another eye exam first which was going to cost me several hundreds of dollars. So I started to investigate and did a little research on this problem. Youtube is my friend when I need to find out things LOL. I found out others had used this and IT ACTUALLY WORKS!! Saved myself a ton of money and fixed my glasses myself!! There like brand new lenses! Whoohoo.. it's amazing what you discover if you just do a little research!!

I'm having a blast creating a variety of glasses with everything from people's names to our state flag. There's virtually no learning curve since the directions explain things really well. I am finding that designs with smaller areas to etch (like letters and dates) work better than larger areas (like an image of a state). Also, having super clean surfaces is also important. I literally take my glasses out of the dishwasher with a towel and handle them only with towels throughout the process to ensure oils from my hands don't mess with the etching.

15 minutes and they etched my Riedel glass wonderfully. Please be mindful to mask off a large area as the fumes from the cream can cause etch marks despite areas not having cream applied.Update: have now done multiple glasses from Riedel and Gabriel Glas and have gotten great results everytime. You only need 5 minutes but I often let the etch run up to a maximum of 15 minutes to ensure coverage. I use normal vinyl and have not had any issues. The pro tip is ensure your vinyl is cleanly attached and tape off a larger area than your design as the fumes will etch the glass around your stencil if you’re not careful.

This stuff is like magic!! It works well and allows me to create amazing things. Perfect gift for the Cricut crafter. Some projects require you to leave it on longer than others, I haven’t had any issues with it yet.

Armour Etch is easy to use. It's of an excellent consistency-- Thick enough not to run, and to cover uniformly but it's still spreadably smooth. It was quick and easy to use, and I'm pleased with the results.
