First wipe comes out, hard to use the pull out ring and all the wipes are dry the next time you try to use them.There's a money back guaranteed claim, but def too hard to get ahold of them. I finally got 2 $5 coupons good for their products useable only at certain stores and it was a hassle at Walmart to make the coupons go through. Also had to make two purchases since the coupons couldn't be used together.Stay away!
