Works and taste great. Smells great. I like that its a bit abrasive cause the arm and hammer part, helps with whitening it says. However, it has a little burn to it.

I have heavy mouth odor due to coffee among other products, overall, I could say controls better than any other big brand name CG, I don't feel that artificial flavor that burns your internal cheeks.

It works truly great not only whiten your teeth it does burn. I will warn you. It burns but it’s a good burn because you know your mouth is getting all the germs out. Just gotta get used to the burn. It’s a good burn now because your mouth is truly clean and your breath is good And at my age I don’t have gingivitis. I will share with you my age. I am 43 years old OK I use Arman hammer.

I love ARM & HAMMER toothpaste (except for "Complete Care" which I think tastes off) for the minty but neutral taste, a really good "clean" feeling, and because they are tested to be one of the lowest RDA of readily available toothpastes that I like (google "toothpaste abrasive scale" or "toothpaste abrasiveness ranked"; if you don't know about this, you should really read up on it! Your enamel will thank you).

This is my go to for toothpaste, it’s cheaper than it is in the bigger stores. It works great and is very refreshing. I have noticed some more whitening but you really shouldn’t notice a TON of whitening as this isn’t something that will be damaging your enamel. This toothpaste makes your teeth feel very clean and it doesn’t make your teeth sensitive in my experience.
