Everything was fine until today 5/5/23 I was using it and the plastic that adjusts the length snapped off. Now I am out of my return window :(.....7/26/23 I was hoping someone would have reached out to make it right, but no...09/18/23 damn... a little customer service maybe ?

The name is perfect for this item it is a real arm blaster. I've been in the gym since 2017 the first time I used this product the day after I felt as if it was the first time I worked my arms... it's is wonderful!!!!!
