I was not getting what I was hoping for from my 'Biceps' work out. I remembered back when, when I thought there was a device that supported the tri's enabling you to maintain control of your biceps workout. After a random search I finally came across what I had in mind.. Ordered it and found it to be exactly what I needed! It was relatively inexpensive, well built and served the purpose. I've been enjoying it ever since. I use it with a Total Gym unit. I highly recommend it.

Not as wide as the original. Conform level is just ok..these curl out too much at the elbows. You technically don't need that curve but for the price it's OK. If you want you could probably bend them out but not sure if the paint will flake. Adjusment is very easy. Neck strap stinks but so did the original.

Bought this one over the “brand name” one based of similar reviews……right out of the box, quick adjust to fit me, works perfectly. Highly recommended over others and it’s cheaper!

バーベルアームカールで体が安定します。重量が上がったり、セットの後半などで反動を使うと体が起きてしまう事がありますが、アームブラスターを使う事によって肘と体が固定されるので、姿勢の乱れが最小限に抑えれます。二頭筋のトレは難しいので初心者の方ほど使用した方が良いと思います。基本となる姿勢、そんなイメージが付きやすいと思います。購入してから自宅トレのクオリティが高くなり満足です。悩んでる方は購入しても損はしないと思います。

Height: 6'0"Weight: 180lbsI feel somewhat mixed about it. On one hand, as a somewhat broad-shouldered thin-man, I found my ribcage being crushed under the pressure of any load over 70lbs. For reference, my chest measurement just under ma teets (chest up, muscles activated) is about 43" in circumference, shoulders about 21" across. I'm not a giant, so keep that in mind if you are a serious lifter.On the other hand, it's pink and I love it. More so than that, it's really well made and the metal is REAL thicc. Honestly my favorite part about is the fact there are no bolts, meaning when the strap inevitably breaks, you can keep it going for years and years to come.My previous arm blaster was war-torn from the golden era making it super wide and very comfortable. But the strap was riveted and when it broke, that was the end (especially as a youth with no metal shop experience). So having this be somewhat future-proof makes it a wonderful investment.But, as stated prior, I would urge some caution as you raise the weight, at least with an EZ/straight bar. I've really only found dumbbells to be comfortable using this. The padding? Lovely. Metal? Solid af. The strap? We make do. Comfort? Hmmm.

The arm blaster is something I have been needing for my arm workouts. I used it begin college and it helped immensely with my growth. Now that I’m lifting consistency and have hit somewhat of a plateau. The blaster has provided the isolation and support I needed to hit the biceps perfectly. Thank you!

EXTREMELY effective blaster, better than the usual flatter models- When I looked at the photo of this one, I was skeptical because it's more recurved than most, way different than the original Weider models of the '80s, which I loved.When I tried this one, I was pleasantly shocked: It's tighter recurves hold the arms more rigidly in place, and it's strong, comfortable and just all-around great.I highly recommend this Blaster, Thank you, WAISFIT!
