Love this! Easy to assemble! Instructions should include needed tools but we figured it out. This is a very heavy duty carrier!

This folding platform has been a real boon to my gardening projects allowing me to carry additional supplies. Especially useful for bulky or messy materials.I will offer one caution. The stem that fit in my trailer hitch is too long and after several thousand miles of use it failed while carrying less than half.its stated capacity. Good company though, they offered immediate replacement three months after purchase. I was leaving town and needed it sooner so had purchased a replacement. Company without hesitation refunded entire purchase price.I had the new stem shortened by 1.5" to allow a shorter stem between hitch and platform. I can still open my hatchback with the platform down and railings up. I also had a metal shim added to the stem resulting in a much better fit and less "chatter" while in use. I think this will allow for less stress on the steel.This is a good product for the price. It is well packaged and shipped well. The company responded quickly and well to my problem. Product does require some installation support to endure hard use.I am a happy customer.

Took this on a road trip- 9 hours each way. Even though it was completly sealed, one suit case seemed a little damp- no idea how any water got through that cargo bag. We were able to fit one medium suitcase, one domestic carryon and two international sized carry ons in there. Seemed very sturdy. Easy to fold up. The trailer is very heavy but very stable.

All parts felt very sturdy including the bag, which despite some reviews, was totally waterproof even through a large rainstorm. Took this on a 16 hr round trip with 300+ lbs and no issue. The 10 straps sewn into the bag seem durable and are easy to secure it. Fit on my Ford Explorer no problem, although it does not come with a hitch pin (standard 2in)

Spacious and Sturdy - A Must-Have for Road TripsWe've been searching for a good hitch-mounted cargo rack, and this Arksen model ticks all the boxes.Most bike racks are just not capable of carrying two 100lb+ scooters or other heavy PEV's.This carrier is spacious (24" x 60") and well-built—the heavy-duty steel feels solid.One of the standout features of the Arksen model is the foldable sides, which make storage a breeze when the rack is not in use, especially when loading heavy bikes or PEVs.The 500 lb. capacity means we can finally stop cramming things inside my SUV on camping trips.The assembly was easy and took less than 30 minutes with two people and a socket set.

I bought the most expensive package one that comes with everything u need in it except the hitch locking ping . That one u need to buy on your own . Trust me u will need the secure U bolt to keep it from bouncing around !The cargo rack was solid metal ! Very perfect. Only downside that I have was one of the locking ping that locks the side bezel were missing and one of it were bend . ( it comes with 3 total . But this issue is only happened to me I’m not saying u will get the same problem that I have . I just pointed it out)The storage bag was ok ! I wish it was more solid or stiff ( kind easy to make a hoe on it so be careful when I loading stuff inside the bag )Over all it’s good product. I liked it !
