We love it. It has great connection for both wifi and the monitor. And the camera does not require wifi to run well with the monitor which is a key difference compared to other products IMO. We can turn off wifi anytime we don't need it. Not sure why it's not more popular. Picture quality is usually HD with the occasional drop - not sure why, but it doesn't bother us as much.

Bought two of these when we were expecting our second, one to upgrade our first baby’s camera and one for our new. The one monitor stopped charging less than three months after using. We contacted customer support and they offered to send us another. We thought that was great and were really impressed with the customer service until the new camera/monitor came. I immediately reached back out as the camera view from the monitor is VERY blurry compared the other one we bought at the same time. You cannot make out whether baby has a pacifier or doesn’t, where the pacifier is, if eyes are open or cracked close, etc. It really defeats the entire purpose except for the fact we can clearly hear. I provided customer service with the make and model of the camera/monitor set as requested and it was completely different from the original one I purchased. Of course I have been unable to hear back from customer service since. Safe to say we are just left with one working and one not after all the hassle.I’d save yourself the trouble of either problem happening to you and continue your research to find a better camera/monitor system.

The monitor does not work if the battery dies. Mine came with a bad battery, and battery not replaceable. Do not buy Arenti. Bad quality build. Pure and simple

This camera is perfect! I got a new puppy and I don't have to leap out of bead every time I hear a strange noise or "think" that she barked! I sleep so much better!

Great monitor, pretty good visual, we need to mount it to get a better view of her. Love the option of having it on my phone or the separate monitor. Only thing I wish for the app was an option to have the sound playing even when I lock my phone was able to do that with my old app and was great when I was out in the yard to not have to bring the separate display but other than that I’m very happy with this!

Bit of a long story…. Bought my daughter one when our granddaughter was born and she absolutely loves it, a year later and my husband has had to start sleeping downstairs (end of life care), I wasn’t getting much sleep because of worrying about him during the night, my daughter suggested I get one of these cameras, i wasn’t too keen at first BUT im so glad i did!It’s easy to set up, the camera quality is brilliant, it zooms in and follows any motion, the night vision is clear and the sound quality is amazing (picked up my husband’s medication pump alarms).It has definitely saved me sleepless nights and given me the peace of mind I needed.Compared to other monitors this one is mid range in price, definitely worth it.

This baby camera is definitely a 10/10. It has such good quality and sound, I looked at so many different ones and for the price this camera is amazingly good, there’s also a clip you can order that screws into the bottom. The night vision is also very good. It connected to WiFi super easy and was a breeze to set up.

Works well on the app, and the lens can be turned off via the app, when you need it.However it needs a bit of light for a good picture at night. For the price it’s good
