I am 69 yr old. Was worried fins were 3x more than other fins I own. First workout was incredible. Could feel big difference in the very first lap in my muscles. Think it is weight and design of fins that accelerates muscle stress. Cut my swimming from 45 mins to thirty and thirty was tough to complete. Well worth the investment. Highly recommend! Never written a review before.

....was not able to put them on, thanks to my arthritic fingers, but they are going to be good for a younger person. I have to around and find fins to be able to try, I am using the European sizes, and those here are not the right sizing like for example in Germany.

I’ve always used conventional swim fins - the closed heel design usually available to borrow at the pool. I decided to splurge on these and am not disappointed. I was a little nervous about having my heel loose, but it turns out the loose heel is a much better design. I normally wear a 9 in women’s dress shoes, a 10 in women’s sneakers. I got the 7.5 to 9 size (sized based on men’s sizes) and they fit well. The material is really soft and flexible. I do get some friction around my big toe, but much less than I used to get from the conventional design. These fins are expensive but worth it.

I felt these were expensive...but after the blisters on my feet and ankle and knee pain from another fins...I figured I would give these a try...I would have returned them if they did not work for me.Theses are the best flippers I have ever used. They don't hurt or blister my feet. I have hyper extended joints, and they really allow my ankles to be flexible without over doing it or putting excessive strain on my knees. My kick is also stronger from using them regularly in kick sets. I have greatly improved my underwater dolphin on my back. They really work my quads too.I am in US Masters Swimming, in my 40s, and have practice three times a week. I wish these were around in my high school days.I can't recommend them enough and hope they work for you too.

I bought these to replace an old pair from a different manufacturer. My shoe size is 8.5, so I ordered Medium. My previous fins had adjustable ankle bands, which had become a hassle to deal with. So I was surprised how well these fit. Quite snug but never too tight or uncomfortable.

They look great size is perfect only I have to tried them in water yet. They are small and concise! Just not a total black color. The strap behind the heel.and the logo ARE black the rest of the fin is definitely Grey. The packaging did say black on it though... no returning due to the color since I m fine with the grey/black combination too
