In 2015, we designed the Ghost Ghillie Suit with one goal in mind - to be the densest, most concealing suit on the market. Customers came to us asking for a suit that wasn't like all the others - something that would give them total coverage in a variety of terrains. A suit that breaks up your profile instantly and has broad color variation to blend into almost any wooded environment.
To accomplish this, we put 6 lbs of thread (7 colors total) on this suit. That's over 1,000 feet of synthetic jute per suit. Today, the Ghost remains the most concealing suit commercially available. Tens of thousands of hunters - and military units at home and abroad - have chosen the Ghost because it gives them the edge they need. We trust it will provide the same for you.
Adjustable Waist for All Sizes
Each suit includes adjustable waist and ankle straps to allow you to customize your fit to your unique height and build.
Breathable Mesh Backing
Get control over your body temperature with a lightweight, breathable, double mesh shell.
Durable Double-Stitched Thread
Over 6 pounds of mold-resistant, synthetic thread is hand-sewn onto the entirety of the suit and then sewn on a second time to eliminate snags and sheds that are common with lesser ghillies.
Adjustable Hood
An adjustable hood is attached to a zippered jacket - it's the only hat that won't go missing.

GHILLIE SUIT CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Hand wash your ghillie suit in cool water. If there's a stain that will not come out with cold water, use only non-bleach, scent-removing detergent and wash again. Gently wring out and hang to dry.

Pretty solid ghillie suit. I had one before when I was a teenager for airsoft wars, but I'm using this for hunting and so far the quality and the fitment it's pretty good. I like how it's more of a hood for the mask. It's not a separate material. You just throw on the hood and your face is covered

Bow season in AR is hot!!! Most days around 90 for a high temp. The mesh construction is absolutely a game changer!! The amount of jute on this suit is really impressive! Smelly at first, but once the suit is adapted to your environment, you’ll disappear!! Pair with a scentlok baselayer, and a Ravin crossbow, you’ll never go back to regular hunting again… become the quietest, deadliest thing in your woods…

It came in a small box and was scared it was just the netting at first but opened it up and my heart sank. Saw only netting, they pack it inside out! Took it out and the netting is nice and the strands and in layer so you dont get hot, vents pretty well. Recommend a large spaced tooth comb or pulling the strands gently with your hands as they clumped together. Awesome value!!!!

Was able to hide 3 times, once standing, without being spotted until 10 meters while being actively searched for, really good suit, strands pick up debri like crazy, good sometimes, bad with sticks and sticker bushes with needles and stuff,I did not use the gun camo yet but it does appear to be very nicePros:You can flip inside out WITH the debris you picked up and store it mess free in its carry bagComes in 2 pieces, has a pull tab for the hood on each side and the pants have one tooSquishes down to a decent backpack sized bag that has the same camo as the rest of the suitCompatible with helmets and possibly a rig if you really wanted to, could easily fit body armor underSuper lightweight, thought itd be heavier, it was so light i barely could tell where my strands were falling to determine how i was concealedNot sweaty at all, thought id be dying in the heat in NJ spring but it was pretty goodCONS:The bag has a little carry strap to wear like a backpack, mine broke instantly, no big deal, but unfortunateThe arms have huge bald spots for “breathability” but if you wear short sleeves you can see skin through itDoes not cover hands or feet, wear green gloves and bootsI was wearing a boonie hat with a bug net under the hood, the hood kind of pulled the hat down into my face when prone, a bit hard to see, probably user error and i just needed to readjust, but either way larger hats seem to not workThe green they chose does not match most natural foliage, atleast in NJ, it is much less vibrant and dark than NJ grass, our grass here is very bright green, perhaps its for darker at night, but they dont seem to sell any strands that match, which is unfortunateIf you walk through water you will have the worst day of your life, thats for sureThats all, i like the suit, a scent trained dog will find you in 2 seconds, a human will not, didnt test under IR or FLIR but i will and update the review accordingly

I am using this to stock on hunts. The suit gets caught on vines and sticks really easily to the point where I am only using the top unless I am going to be laying prone In one position. The fibers are pretty good but I have managed to pull a couple out that go stuck on brush. Time will tell for how well this thing last. The last thing I will say is that it does have a smell that I am working to get rid of. I let is air out for a few days in a cedar tree and I have sprayed it with scent killer. I am storing out on a cover porch right now to continue to allow it to air out and smell more like the outdoors. I read about someone hand washing it with leaves and I may try that next. All in all I am pretty happy with the purchase.

Rifle wrap is minimal and would be insufficient - if I had a rifle. The suit is good but expensive and I am not convinced exceeds the quality offered by the competition at a cheaper price.

The first thing that caught my attention about Arcturus Ghillie Suits over the rest of the other ghillie suits out there, is the INSANE amount of thread they have on each suit. I thought to myself “Yea that’s cool and all but what good would it be if it were to fall out over time?” Well, that insane amount of thread on each suit are DOUBLE STITCHED into the mesh, unlike a lot of other companies who just do a lousy single stitch which leads to Ghillie pattern baldness. So yea, Arcturus threads are going no where!!! Also the mixed color blend Arcturus uses on their threads really break up the human form when out in the woods.Having total cover is awesome but come summertime, how hot am I going to be while wearing that Suit? The answer is, not hot at all! You’d think just by looking at it, you’re going to be sweating bullets, just the opposite. The Suit itself is made up of this very lite but STRONG camouflage mesh which happens to have elasticity. This lite but strong elastic mesh design lets your body heat escape the suit and at the same time, allows air to get in which will help you maintain a perfect body temperature. Also do to the awesomeness of the suit’s elasticity, you can regulate your temperature by adding or removing clothing underneath.As for the sizing of my Ghillie Suit, I went with the REGULAR. I’m a bit husky, I top out at 5’8” and I weigh around 180lbs. When I first tested out the fit of my Ghillie Suit, I was wearing a T-Shirt with fleece pajama bottoms and I was extremly comfortable. Hopefully that gave you a decent expectation of what to expect..... Perfection. Also remember that the Ghillie Suit can go quite a bit bigger or much more smaller do to it’s elasticity. Lol ELASTICITY! ELASTICITY!! ELASTICITY!!!Lets get into the price. I strongly believe that the price is more than fair. In fact I think that the price is nothing compared to what you’re getting out of your purchase. I’m more than sure that this Ghillie Suit will last me years to come without a hitch due to the amount of love and attention ARCTURUS put into it!Now this topic I’m about to mention might not mean much to most people, but for me it’s the cherry on the sundae, Customer Service... If you have any questions, no matter how many, how stupid, they are there to answer them, promptly and in the most proffesional manner possible.
