Top carry handles makes handling the kennel easy with the cover on. Take up straps tighten the fit to minimize any wind flap. Two side windows that are vented with zippered closures will roll up and secure with toggles/elastic loops. The main zippered door will roll up and secure with toggles/elastic loops. The open bottom design makes for easy on/off. There are three adjustable straps that secure the fit with quick detach buckles. Bottom hem has elastic cord to snug fit. The medium measures: 33.5-inches x 22.5-inches x 24.75-inches. The large measures: 38-inches x 25-inches x 28-inches. The XLarge measures: 41-inches x 27.5-inches x 30.25-inches.

We went from a 2 dog large metal carrier. Not needing the large box for just 1 dog now we bought a different box and so we bought this cover for winter hunts in Iowa. My only complaint is the zippers. You have to pull from the zipper base and not the ties. Zippers could use some improvements. Otherwise nice quality and kept our dog warm and dry.

This crate cover is just as good as advertised. I travel to hunt upland birds, and needed a durable and well designed and make cover to replace the one my rascally Britanny spaniel destroyed this last fall. He snagged the flimsy inside liner to the old one and ripped it to shreds, one night at a time. This crate cover is not only undamaged, but it is also better designed in general.

As I searched Amazon for a kennel cover I came across this one, I compared it to multiple ones and finally pulled the trigger and got it. I drove across the country with it and my dog was warm the whole time especially up north where it was sub 30F I thought it wouldn't be that warm but it surprised me. After 2k plus miles on the road it's still looks brand new so the durability is amazing on this product

Used in open bed of truck for 6 hour drive in 30 degree rainy weather in MN fall. Our 7 month old lab was kept perfectly warm and dry in his kennel with this cover. Highly recommend, worth every penny. For a while we weren’t sure how we were going to travel long distances with our puppy in cold weather. We don’t have an SUV for him to travel inside with us, we only have a truck. This solved all of our problems. We put a cushy dog bed on the bottom of the kennel and then two big fleece blankets for him to cuddle up with. He seemed very happy!

We bought this to cover the kennel of our big cur, who likes to ride in the back of the truck. Rainy days and colder weather made it uncomfortable, so we searched for an insulated cover that was versatile enough to allow him to see out and air flow through, yet able to close up in cold or inclimate weather. This does the job. It has a door cover and two roll up "windows" on the side. A bit pricier than other styles we looked at, but still a good value and worth every penny. We've even used it on very cold nights to allow him to sleep in the kennel in the garage. It shipped and we received it quickly and have been using it ever since. Come spring we will remove it but should be weather be rainy, it will be easily installed once again. Very durable and has held up well to daily loading and unloading of the kennel from the truck.

I don’t write many reviews for the products I buy and rightly so I probably should. This ArcticShield Insulated Kennel Cover was by far one of my best purchases this year. It has a superb fit over a large kennel, with cinch down straps and elastic hem for easy on/off access and very comfortable in cold temperatures. Now I must say I have an English Pointer who normally rides in the cab with me, however for those times he does ride in the back this cover is well worth the expense and durability that hunting seasons bring us with rain, sleet and snow. Opener weekend it rained all day and the wind blew and the pup was comfortable in the back with his side windows and the front zipped up to prevent rain from entering. I hope this review helps you.MR
