Love the quality on this ruler, the aluminum gives it a light weight but sturdy and durable feel. Has all my necessary scales and works perfect for what i need it for.

High quality and inexpensive architectural scale. Functions just as any other architectural scale, and isn’t an engineering scale like some turn out to be. Sharp edges make for clean lines.

The smooth slick surface of metal slides easy on paper making it difficult to use without it moving. You have to apply firmer pressure than with the plastic scales. Kind of a minor issue and that's why I knocked one star off
