I really which they made this post in white to match the white mailbox but they don't so we had to paint it. That is the reason I did not give it 5 stars but other than that, it is fine.

This Post is durable and sturdy. It was easy to install. Made the mail box I purchased look dope. I mean it is straight up the Phiggy Bomb YO!

Easy to attach with bolts to my mail box. Set in ground with 1 bag of concrete for secure my mail box. Quality product that should last 20 or 30 years! Easy to install!!!!

We purchased this with the Architectural Mailbox and both are just as described and relatively easy to install for most people. The curb appeal is very nice as well. I was concerned it would look rather large and overwhelming. Even the mail deliver person complimented us on it.

I ordered a new post to go with my mailbox. The post is heavy and solid, but the top mailbox support is bent! It is not flat for the mailbox to sit on. One side of it is bent down apx. 1/4".I am going to try and use some washers to fill in the gap, but a new post should not be bent like this.

This is a great post. Very strong and built well. Perfect hight and fit over a 4x4 post.Nice finish too. This will win over a baseball bat easily. Get one! Anyone messing with it will wish they didn't....

This pole worked great with my Architectural mailbox. It just slips over a 4X4 that you put in the ground. The pole looks great.The only negative is that the entire mailbox can be easily removed by anyone who wants to slide it up and off of your 4X4 post because it does not attach to the post. The easy solution to this is to drill a hole and install a lag screw into the 4X4. Even the cheap plastic mailboxes include a way to attach it to the 4X4, so this seems to be a design oversight. This won't beat every vandal/thief, but it will at least slow them down and not make it too easy. The fix cost me around $1 and a little time, so I won't ding the rating because the pole looks so nice.

It's a post, what more can I say. It's metal, pretty solid. I bought mine used and when it showed up it had a paint chip at the mounting plate was bent, but still usable. Could have been from shipping as the packaging was destroyed when it showed up but for under $30 how can you go wrong. Overall happy.
