It works ok but you gotta constantly adjust them so your fingers don’t slip out. Better to use old flat laces. You can learn how to tie them on YouTube.

This device helped in keeping the bow study in my hold. Well not a necessity it was nice. This is my first time using one so while I don't have anything to compare it to it did make a difference in my hold stability.

Although when I ordered, you could not order this in a size, my packaging showed sizing from Small to XL. What I got was a Large (13.5 cm). My recurve bow has a somewhat large-handled wooden riser, so the XL would have been better for me. As is, this does its job. The plastic adjusters seem to have a good balance of hold power and adjustability.
