For a AMO 60" bow, you will need a bow string size of AMO 60"(actual length 56"). The less the strands, the smoother the shooting will be, however the more powerful you shoot the more strands of bow strings you need. RECOMMENDATION: Up to 40 lbs use 12 strands, up to 50 lbs use 14 strands, up to 66 lbs use 16 strands.

The first one I ordered was too long. The second one worked great. I can’t speak on its longevity though. I unstrung my bow in my house and leaned it against the wall. Our romba got a hold of the string and recked it. The third one I ordered works well and has been hidden from the vaccum.

I bought the 48 inch bowstring for my 52 inch recurve bow and it fit perfectly. Good quality. It would be better if the notch position was marked on the bowstring.
