I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the current part I ordered for my customer. My customer received a used item, that did not fit his vehicle, which is completely unacceptable, and they are now being refused a return label.My customer is extremely frustrated and dissatisfied, and I need this issue rectified immediately.

After towing my '12 Ford Focus to my local Ford dealer they tried to prpgram this TCM but it would not responed!! I don't see why after selling these unit fot four years you contiue to sell a useless item,that ends up costing your customers a lot of money and grief!

This experience was only fixed by Amazon otherwise I would’ve been left with a TCU Module that’s missing a pin and does not work. “Piteww” refused to be responsible for a part or the return. My mechanic was good enough to figure out there was a pin missing which is why it would be program to the car. Piteww customer service is a joke. They’ve sent the same generic message 3 times in a row wishing me the best. Please don’t waste time, money, or effort on this.

Absolutely trash. Put this in and was worsevthan the one I had. Set a transmission overheating code, and a no start condition. Never buy from them again!

Doesn’t work. Dealer could not connect to it. Missed return window so I’ll have to just throw this turd in the trash
