- Because projector lamps are very fragile precision products, we found that if the lamps are not well packaged and protected during transportation, the quality of the lamps will be greatly reduced due to the bumps during transportation, and even after replacing the new lamps, the new lamps will not work at all. So in order to improve our packaging, we even did a lot of real scene simulations, such as gravity tests, extrusion tests, etc. In addition, we also improved the packaging structure and packaging methods.

Installation steps - (Wear gloves to keep bulb hygienic). If the installation is abnormal, Araca will provide you with installation guidance.
How to extend the life of the projector bulb
1. After the shutdown, only wait for the fan to stop before disconnecting the power.
2. After turning off the projector, wait at least 60 minutes to reboot.
3. Do not disconnect the power directly during use.
4. No more than 4 hours each use time.
5. Make sure there are no obstacles around the projector to allow the projector to dissipating heat normally.
6. Regularly clean the dust inside the projector and the bulb, otherwise the elevated temperature will cause the projector shut down automatically to protect it.

Installation was quick and simple with the provided tool and glove. Projector recognized the new lamp and the lamp hour reset was problem free. Brightness is just as good as the OEM. After many actual hours of use over a few month it’s holding strong. Easier, quicker and lower cost than ordering the OEM. Would purchase again.

Like: Nice, clean and well packed bulb. Working just like the original bulb so far.Dislike: I ordered replacement part# BL-FU240A/SP.8RU01GC01 bulb for my Optoma projector. Instead I received part# BL-FU240A/8RU01-OBH bulb with no explanation as to why a different part# bulb. It took me some time to communicate with the seller who then wrote me an explanation that the bulb I received is the correct bulb but with a slightly different part#. Perhaps, they could have included this explanation in the packaging. They were, however, very courteous and helpful.

I received this bulb and found there was a part broken on it, so I contacted the seller on FB messenger and they sent a free replacement. Since then, the bulb has been working very well!

I decided to take a chance on this lamp even though there were no reviews. It turns out to be great-- nice and briggt bright. I've been using it for about three months now.
