Not much to say, the plate is what you would likely suspect. Appears to have a very thin coat of black paint, but I will get a a thick coat of rustoleum on it mainly so I can see hits. Using with .22 thru 30-06 and if it doesn't last will update. I don't expect any issues.

I used 20' of 1" conduit to make 2.5' legs and a 5' beam. 5' is leftover in case something gets destroyed. I wrapped about 20" of duct tape around the arms of both inserts to tighten up the fit without additional hardware. It sets up and breaks down quickly. I would purchase this again.

Probably the weirdest review for this target but I wanted to leave my two cents. When I was in a time crunch needing 1/2" AR500 steel for a battlebot weapon disk. I turned towards my other hobby of shooting and grabbed a 1/2" 8" gong to use as material. It cut like butter using 30,000psi of water and garnet. It lasted multiple fights impacting other AR500/600 blades spinning at 200mph each. All in all, these targets are made out of a great quality material and I'll be ordering a few more to use as their intended purpose and not weird nerdy battlebot parts.Note: The energy exchanged to cause the chipping would be equal to almost 50BMG and hardened high carbon steel. Your jacketed or even steel core .308 is not going to hurt these targets.

The Steel Target Hanger offers durability and affordability. I used it with 1" EMT conduit. It held my 1/2" AR500 silhouette and gong targets with 1/2" or larger holes. Overall, it's a budget-friendly solution.

Its a fun little product that you build to hold steel targets for shooting. You do need to buy the tubing. I bought 2 10ft 1in emt tubing. Spent about $45.00 on the tubing. Total cost was about $70.00. For the product and tubing. It about an hour to measure and cut the tubing. And drilling holes. I followed their build plans. Assembly is easy once you start to build it. You slide the hooks and leg assembly on to the cross member. Very sturdy once it's all set up. Haven't been to the range with it yet. Have enough room to hang 5-6 targets depending on size and shape of steel targets.
