The steel popper is fine. The bracket that holds the popper and spring on all 3 are completely broken after less than 300 impacts to popper if I had to guess. And 5.56 out of an 18" barrel will go right through the popper. And a couple bolts sheared off before bracket broke. Replaced with 3.5 deck screws with washer. Won't buy again, but def fun while it lasted.

Cheap, but usable popup. I made a stand out of scrap steel. Plan on making tpost mounted stands next.I did put a 1/4" steel plate in front of the hinge on my stand, as that will destroy the hinge if impacted. But for 30 bucks, i knew it would need some work to make it last.

Love this product, as described. It is a must have if you are an avid shooter. It works great and it is definitely going to be another purchase for range day. I secured it to a tree stump and man awesome plus easy for transporting.

Used this target today. First off be carful when opening the package, the zip ties holding the plate down broke during shipping and turned it into a metal jack in the box. The target held up to everything we threw at it including 9mm, .38special, .22lr, .22wmr, 30 carbine, and .223 soft point and fmj (without even denting) all from about 25yrds max ( only tried one of each of the .223 that close to test the claims in the description). And this target surprised us on how well it handled it all. It has a heavy spring so you really need something with descent mass or moving fast to really knock it down. 9mm moved it about halfway .22lr and wmr didn't budge it. It did sustain some damage the the base plate from the force of the more powerful round including warping the base where the steaks held it to the ground, slightly bending the hinge that connects to the gong from the twisting motion from none centered hits, the screws holding the gong to the hinge did come a little lose but did not break and a hole or two in the none hardened base plate. Damage was only caused to the none hardened piece which is to be expected. All in all I highly recommend this product and I look forward to my next range day when I get to use it again. Removed one stare from durability due to the damage stated above. Also pictures were taken after we removed the steaks and had to use a clay pigeon to keep it up on the hill.

Updar**Screws holding actual target broke after 4 times at the range. Would be solid if it had better screws and better stakes for the ground.Original review**Fun to shoot at. Better to s3cure it to some wood instead of ground. Comes loose fast when you use the spikes in the ground.

The stakes included to stake the target down come loose very quickly. Also the 2 bolts that hold the target to its hinge come loose quickly, I've fixed the stakes by bolting these to a 4x6 and I'll try to fix the bolts by replacing them with longer versions and double nutting them on the backsideUpdate August 12th 2023 after 2 range visitsEven a 124gr 9x19 if you strike the gong not centered will bend the hinge so I don't suspect these will live long life's1 other VERY important modification for my particular setting was mounting them upside down, when I had them sitting right side up occasionally I would see the trees behind them take a hit in their canopy so beware these can and will send bullets up if mounted as shown. Didn't have that problem after flipping them now the ground 20-30 feet behind them is getting skid marks in it but that's fine by me.

Got my target set up this morning and some rounds to it. Auto reset works great, zero metal deformation with about 400 .22lr and 20 9mm rounds put to it today. That being said one of the ground spikes has already broken off at the curve and the two tiny bolts holding the plate to the floor mount keep coming loose. Looks like I'm gonna have to mount it to something and try using some loctite to keep the bolts from constantly backing out on themselves. Decent target but at this rate the mounting system is gonna be ruined in no time. Probably better for someone who doesn't put 500ish rounds into it on shooting days.

Check out a full review on my YT Channel, it's called Air Shootist. But in a few words: This thing is awesome! The way it rocks back when hit gives you visual indication that you made a hit. Combine that with the loud DING whenever you make a hit and it is unmistakable, even at very long range, when you make a good impact. Super solid target, great for airguns all the way up to centerfire rifles. Highly recommend.
