Nice tone. Like most nylon strings they stretch a lot at first and go out of tune. After some use, they stay in tune and sound great.

I was recommended the strings from a ukulele shop in Kauai and now I’m never going back, soft, yet great sound

These strings are great. Probably should have read the packaging, because the colors for each string are not colored like the standard ones. Easy to identify, but just make note of which string is what with the color chart on the back of the packaging

I put similar Aquila strings on my wife's concert-sized ukulele and really like the sound. Next, I will put these on my tenor. (So, to be 100% honest, I haven't actually tried these yet, but I'm expecting to like them, too.)

Sounds much nicer than the strings that originally came with the uke. Much better and more ukuleleier than toy toy sound it had before.

Hold tune for days once new stings stretch and stabilize. Quality and value is very good. Strings are comfortable to play.

These strings sound good on vintage Mahogany instruments, like old Martins or Gibsons. If you check Utube and search Ukulele Boudoir, you will find a French duo, Jano et Krouk, who uses Aquilas on old Martins. One can tell bc the strings are thick and white. For all other ukuleles, and even for most Martins, I use Fremont Blacklines. Too complicated to explain.Aquilas make a cheap uke sing, but not necessarily an expensive uke live up to its expectation.
