The dog is very cute, easy to hook up and working great. The birds arent afraid, but a few cats in the area arent too sure if its real. We did spray with a clear sealer to make sure it lasts in the Az sun. I am satisfied.

Setup was easy. Worked great. One week back leg cracked and need repaired. Paint is almost all peeled off. Piece of junk for 90.00. DONT BUY.

As owners of a dog boarding and daycare business, this product was perfect for our pond. It's sizeable, and easy to set up. It's 3-star rating is a result of the finish on the product. The product arrived without a blemish, and looked adorable. Set up was easy, and it was "spitting" in a matter of 15-20 minutes, once everything was hooked up and placed. Within the first few weeks, the paint (finish) began flaking off the dog, leaving an off white surface showing through. As the days passed, more and more paint flaked. At this point, it will need a repainting in another month. For the price of the item, I would've expected a minimum of one season before the finish began showing any wear. Otherwise, we really do like the novelty of it, and it works as described.
