Had to purchase for my new home, since I left my original at my old house. Easy to install in just minutes. Quality product, yet still lightweight. The different settings are all great options. Amazing Water Pressure! Highly recommended!

I bought this product because our shower head (bought by the landlord) was of such poor quality that we could hardly shower at all. What's more, it was fixed directly to the wall, which made cleaning the shower and bathtub more complicated. So I bought this shower head to have a more powerful jet, and to be able to clean our bathtub more easily with the second shower head and hose. I was nicely surprised by the ease of installation, and the quality of the product for the price, I was afraid it wouldn't change the water flow. Now when I shower, I feel like I'm in a luxury apartment. I highly recommend this product!

Overall it's a nice product.There's great pressure through the large shower head which not all shower heads accomplish.The only issue I had, and the reason I returned it, the selector knob is difficult to turn. This is because it is all plastic so they have a lot of drag, and the tab(s) on the knob are too small and sharp so they don't help much or at all. I might have kept it anyway but my Mom is 79 yrs old and this just an inconvenience I am not going stick her with when there are other alternatives.

I installed this on a rental property we have. I had it assembled and running in under 5 minutes. They provide great instructions with pictures, but you probably won't need them as it's easy. The fittings are plastic and I am not sure how long it will last especially if the wand is banged against the tile. I thought due to the weight of it that my tenant would complain, but called me the next day to thank me and they enjoyed this shower head. Make sure you use the teflon tape and not to overtighten. I would buy this again, but gave it 4 stars due to the plastic fittings. A brand name shower head with these options would have cost a lot more.

I'm in love!! This shower head combo is AMAZING!!!!! Easy to install and I mean easy! Took literally approx. 5 minutes. You simply screw the water diverter onto the shower arm (after removing the old head). Note: I didn't use the lock nut, which they tell you is not necessary, because the water diverter fit snugly onto the shower arm.Then you just screw on the shower head, then both ends of the hose. Note: I was shorted one rubber washer. A minor inconvenience but no big deal. They include a customer care number in case any parts are missing/damaged and assure they will send it w/i 24 hours. I was going to the hardware store anyway so I just picked one up for 15 cents.The shower spray is heavenly!! Firm spray with big coverage area. You can change the hand held to 6 different positions easily. You can also 'toggle' between shower head only/hand held only/both together.Great value also! I'll update this review in a couple of months after we've used it for a bit.

A little expensive but It's very easy to install (took about 10mins) and didn't require any tools. The holder for the detachable showerhead is snug and securely holds it in place. Great pressure on both if used individually. When using both at the same time the pressure is much lessmore gentle. As for the reviewers who said it feels like cheap plastic...it is plastic but I don't particularly feel that it's "cheap". It's a showerhead that gets the job done for less than $100. If you want super high quality, fork out the money.2 year update: still holding strong. No issues whatsoever. I still recommend.

Pretty darn good bang for your buck. The most stand-out quality is the fact that the hose is shockingly well designed. A lot of these plastic shower heads have obnoxiously stuff hoses, but this one hangs limp and moves with a great fluidity.Overall, the shower head is really relaxing. It's certainly not going to match your high-quality heads, but if you're looking to add to your shower experience and don't want to fork out a ton of money, this really will do the trick. The large rain-head gives a nice, even flow and the spray head does the trick. Your water pressure will impact how well this thing works, but the two adjustment knobs allow for a certain range of customization. I, for example, enjoy having the rain head going at about 80% so it's a gentle flow (100% results in some good hair-rinsing intensity), and the showerhead around the same flow. It results in a nice heavy amount of water falling gently on you. Very relaxing. Turn up the pressure and you're set to rinse out conditioner from long, thick hair.Something to consider: this shower head may not works so well for tall people. I'm 5' and quite enjoy standing well under both shower heads. While the spray head is positioned much higher than the rain head (and higher than it typically would be in most single-head systems), the rain head itself sets a lot lower than you may be used to.The installation is really fast and easy, and they do provide you with the pipe tape needed for a good seal on the rivets.

Arrived within a few days of ordering. Nicely packaged with all components in box individually wrapped. No missing parts. Very clear installation instructions. Installation was easy, and no tools required. 7" shower head initially leaked where it screws onto the diverter, so I removed the washer that was provided and replaced it with a thicker one of the same diameter which I had in my toolbox. Perhaps I could have added the extra washer provided along with a wrap or two of the teflon tape (also provided), but I went with the thicker washer I just happened to have on hand. This model does not have multiple rain pattern settings on the 7" rain head, so it provides just a gentle rain when the diverter is set to that position. The hand shower has 6 rain pattern settings, and the diverter can be turned to use the hand shower alone, or in combination with the 7" rain head. Both positions maintain very good pressure. I prefer to use them in combination for complete coverage by the larger, gentler head and the more powerful, changeable patterns provided by the hand shower. In retrospect, I wish I had purchased the model that has adjustable rain pattern settings on the 7" rain head as well as on the hand shower. This product is very nicely styled and made, and is well-priced. Although it is plastic, it is sturdy and should last many years. That it is made in the US was a selling feature for me. I am satisfied with this purchase of Model # 3327 ($34.99) and absolutely would recommend it to others. it to others.
