Purchased a “ heavy duty above ground pool ladder”Boy what a joke the advertisement was!First let’s start with the worst photo copy of blurred instructions ever , photos small and blurry with very bad description of screws and what nut to use , so had to go to u-tube video to find someone putting it together who also explains he had bad instructions!So once we spent 2 hours putting together we tried it with my daughter wght117 and watched her able all over the place because the plastic heavy duty ladder was so unstable and flexing everywhere!And wile sand was seeping into our pool because of small holes at bottom of legs ( they have u poor sand into legs as weight for keeping down) so I called company and was put on hold for supervisor, she said without pictures she / they could not refund product!I didn’t take pictures since I had to get this sand spilling piece of junk out of pool as fast as I could!!What an embarrassing company to put there customer through hoops to return money and make happy oh yeah like for future purchases they keep emailing me about ???I own a large medical device company and I I put a product out to a customer/ patient and they for ANY REASON ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT I RETURN IT ASAP WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR ARGUING!But that’s why I have a thriving business that is recommended to other doctors!

Assembly instructions- GARBAGE. I have reinforced this ladder with steel braces that I bought separately and it still is wobbly as heck, absolutely NO sturdiness AT ALL! It's way too tall for a 48" pool even at the indicated cut lines. Extreme waste of a lot of money. I don't know if I can salvage it at all, but it is 100% unusable. DO NOT BUY

My husband had to tap on the holes in order to put it all together took him alittle while but now it's all done glad we got it it's heavy duty

This says heavy duty and it is no where near that. Instructions are impossible to read. There are no holes to drill in steps. Says it holds 250lbs but bent with my 10year old getting on. Reached out to the seller for a refund and was told this was my mistake and not meant for the pool I have even though all reviews show my pool. It wouldn’t matter what kind of pool you have this will always buckle and is not safe for children! To top that off they also have terrible customer service!! Never ever buy this product!!

The instructions are worthless. We gave up even trying to use them and just made up how to put it together. Would NEVER buy this. The frustration just to get this usable is overwhelming.

Directions for assembly were difficult at best. Took four adults working together to try and figure out how the parts went together. Had to undo and redo pieces several times because the instructions weren’t clea.Mr. Finally decided since we didn’t have any little kids, screw putting the safety feature together because we couldn’t figure out how it attached.Update: Now that we have it together and in the pool, it is not very sturdy! Husband has Parkinson’s and this ladder makes me worried about his ability to get on and out of the pool with the way this ladder wiggles and wobbles!
