It was an exact replacement, fit perfect and did a great job actually lifting the tailgate by itself. No more falling down and hitting me, wished I gotten these a long time ago! Excellent quality and a great value.

Appear quite a bit smaller in diameter than the original ones but so far are doing a great job. Hopefully they last.

These are not as heavy duty as the stock ones but their holding the hood up. We’ll see how long they last.
