This is the second set of this brand of shocks that I ordered. One of the shocks is defective. It will not extend out. The first set was used shocks that someone had placed in the box.

I have an 2004 Buick lesabre. After taking the old one out and transferring the old parts onto the new strut. I realized that the rod was too short and I couldn’t put the old parts back on
