Tenia mis dudas ya que es un producto chino, pero funciono de maravilla, espero que dure bastante tiempo.En cuanto a la instalación, encontré un tutorial en youtube que me ayudo a hacerlo por mi cuenta, es simple, solo hay que remover tres tornillos, el problema es que uno de los 3 esta en una zona muy poco accesible y puede complicarse un poco. Al terminar la instalación le deje solo dos tornillos, el mas complicado ya no lo coloque jajaja.

I bought this piece for my gmc terrain. Replaced it in late October. It broke and was blowing cold air only by January 1st. Part is cheaply made and not worth buying as I've purchased 2 of these now thinking maybe it was a fluke that the 1st one broke within 3 months of purchase. After the 2nd one breaking I do NOT recommend anyone buying this part!

While this part fits perfectly, I replaced it twice in 3 months. After giving up and spending much more money on the OEM part I have been trouble free. Very poor build quality. If you spin the heater to its extents the gears over extend themselves and come off track at which point it will never turn again leaving you with nothing but heat hotter than the sun or an ice box, with no in between.

Got it installed and works great, but getting this installed is a challenge. At least I didn’t have to pay $950 to over a $1000 to take it to a dealer or mechanic shop to have them repair it

I still installed it but the connector would not snap into place..hope it doesnt fall out when I hit a bump.My old unit snaps in firmly perfectly.Update, the unit is making noises and sounds like if is going to break.Not recommended to buy. I will be paying a bit more and buying from gmc dealer next time .Returning for a refund. I got a bad one.
