It was really easy to install. I did have to google if I needed to remove the white part, though. My OEM filter didn't have one, so I wasn't sure if it was meant to stay attached. Google and other reviews said to keep it on, so I followed suit. It's been a couple months and as far as I can tell my Tacoma still runs as expected. I will buy again! 🤙

Extremely well packaged and feels like a top-notch product right out of the bag. I think I actually heard the OEM filter it was replacing blush as I held them next to each other for comparison. It's more robust in the hand and the outer seem fits very tight inside the air box. Interestingly, the new filter includes an entire additional layer in addition to the typical pleated later. I blew through both with my mouth and it actually felt a bit like this filter restricted air ever slow slightly more (which should also mean it filters better). Gas mileage will tell the tale if it restricted too much and I'll be sure to return to update this review if it impacts two the negative.The true test, of course, is how well it filters air and that can't be assessed just by looking. The advertisement on the box claims this filter meets or excess OEM and, if looks are any indicator of quality or performance, it very well may. For now, I highly recommend it.
