Update Oct/24Another new cv axel from this company that is again clicking. This is a poor product.DO NOT BUYThese were the solution provided by the Seller: 1: Return defective CV Axel at my own cost to ship. Then once part is received they will ship a new part. 2: Accept a charge of shipping and have part shipped without returning old part. - Seller settled on a charge of $25+ Tax to have the part shipped to me without return so that My car is not fully disabled. My suggestion to someone considering this part - Just by from APC or Napa or whoever is local. Don’t risk this business with online parts. Clearly a low grade product. CV axels should last 100,000kms +. Not 5000kms___________Update: CV axel us knocking on acceleration when torque applied to outer CV joint. Boot seal is broken and leaking grease. Has only been installed a few months. Awaiting communication from Seller for In Warranty replacement. Will update once contact is made. Installed in Chevy Equinox 2011 2.4lReplaced for a clicking cv joint.Has been installed for 2 weeks and is in perfect working order. Excellent price, very happy.

No complaints about shafts. The overall length/dimensions matched the original but the joints are slightly different shape. Nothing functional but when you compare new to old expect there to be several differences.Lots of YouTube videos on replacing but essentially you loosen the lug nuts, jack the side of the car up, if it's the drivers side you are doing, get it as high as possible to retain transmission fluid, remove the tire, remove the axle nut, tap the axle to loosen, remove the ABS sensor and bracket, remove the tie rod, remove the two bolts holding the strut in place, tip the knuckle out towards you while pushing the axle in through the center of the hub. Should be plenty of space to work the axle out. There should be a spacer on the axle which is transferred to the new one. Pry the inner part of the axle out of the transmission - make sure to have a catch basin underneath because some fluid will come out. Installing is the reverse. Note the amount of fluid that was lost and replace.
