Easy install and cleared the O2 sensor code, however, the exaust smells almost toxic after install. Should I be concerned?

I have a Veloster 2013 and it had a check engine light for a P0420 and I bought this and replaced it myself and it was pretty easy only thing I had issues with was that the flange on this manifold was thicker than the original and some of the stock screws would not reach the engine so I had to go out to Home Depot and buy some screws then made it work and went and passed Emissions.

The exhaust manifold came in a box inside of a box inside of another box! The base was wrapped with bubble wrap then tapped. Gaskets and bolts were separated from the exhaust. The manufactured heat plates fit on with slight manipulation. New O2 sensors fit perfectly and everything sealed up. The only down fall was the four bolts for bottom heat plate were a little long. All they needed was washers and we were good to go.

Perfect fit for my 2013 Veloster, however, in less than 10,000 miles one of the banks ended up getting clogged, its overheating, and I have to get another exhaust manifold again. It’s a good temporary replacement to save up for a better quality aftermarket piece like AP/Eastern.
