Exact fit on 2004 TJ with manual transmission. The plug sits on the other side of the fire wall but the 16”ish long lead is plenty long.

It worked about 30 starts and then went out, save yourself some money and buy one at a parts store. At least you will get a warranty on the part. I got one from O'Reilly for 67 dollars.
