Fit will. I must say that I needed to use just a bit of silicon, randomly in spots. I allowed it to dry and then installed the cover. held it in place for assembly….

Like others have mentioned, the gasket is of lower quality then oem and will leak from the back corner like crazy, if you have to replace your gasket use fel pro or oem, if you use this one you will end up having to do the job again.

EDIT: ADDED PHOTOS. THE LARGER ONE IN THE PHOTOS IS THE ORIGINAL FACTORY GASKET.I though I was getting a deal here but I ultimately got what I paid for. Lifelong experienced mechanic, I should have known better. I noted when I had taken it all apart that this gasket was a little bit smaller in diameter (as if you had cut it in two and looked at a cross section) than the original I pulled out. It was the same design layout exactly. I had concerns, but I was doing this in the middle of the night and had to get it back together and just really hoped it was still "big enough" to seal the valve cover. The original I had pulled out was quite brittle so I couldn't put it back in. I was stuck with this one. And it failed.Immediately after getting everything reassembled and starting the engine, oil oozed out on the back side of the valve cover (it's on an incline with the back being lower) right onto the exhaust manifold which of course then burned off and smelled terrible. It was all torqued down to specs, and my concerns about the gasket being slightly smaller in diameter than the stock one were shown to be worthy of concern.I basically wasted my money and time here with this gasket and regret purchasing it. Since any of the aftermarket big name gasket makers don't seem to have one (like Felpro) I'm going to have to special order one from the dealer (out of stock of course) and do this job again.Just do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Great quality and price. Very comparable to factory part. Great Fit and easy to install. Took a less than 10minutes to take the old one off and only a few minutes to put the new gasket on and tighten all of the bolts back.. As a side note, do not over torque the bolts while putting the valve cover back on. Most torque wrenches usually only goes down to 5lbs of torque and this valve cover is only around 3.5. ...DO NOT over tighten or Over Torque... The head of the bolts WILL Snap off. Tighten down without over- tightening. You will be able to feel it. Tighten then STOP when it doesn't turn anymore.
