These Applaws Natural Cat Treats have been a massive hit! Right out of the package, my cats were curious and ready to pounce. The treats are made with simple, natural ingredients, which is a huge plus for me because I'm always watching what my pets eat. Each treat comes in a handy single-serve packet, making it easy to dish out the right amount without any mess. If feeding to one cat, I can split it into 2 - sometimes 3 portions. One of my kitty's in particular likes when I hold it for him and he nibbles on it. I hold it through the package and push it out as he bites off pieces so it's a bonding experience as well. Definitely a top choice if you want to spoil your cats with something special and healthy!

I limit treats for Max because he has a sensitive stomach. I give him a few different Applaws treats. He loves them. I'm happy because they are single-ingredient treats. They don't upset his balance. Max is happy because he loves the taste.

I have three kitties and break these into three pieces when I add to a dish of food. One girl will eat hers and try to get the others' too.

So...I was glad I no longer had to run out to my nearest PetStore to grab these, but the package I received seemed not as fresh. Let me explain. Applaws has gone with new packaging and I was already buying the new packaging at the Pet Store. When these arrived- they were in the old packaging and the chicken did not seem as fresh. There was discoloration on the chicken to show its age? I felt it safe enough for my cats after carefully NOT feeding them the discolored portion. Lesson learned to keep buying at my local Pet Store for FRESHER product.

Canned tuna is cheap, but is high in salt (at least for a cat) and these are just a chunk of tuna - no additives. My cats enjoy the treat and this is a healthier option.

I have a very picky girl cat. She's got a lot of sass and she's hard to impress. Anytime I find something she likes, I buy a box of it, only to find she stops liking it because she gets "bored" very quickly. I've tried for 2 years trying to get her as excited about eating as my gluttonous orange boy cat, but nothing every worked. I came across these in Petco, both the canned tuna in broth and the loins. She loved both, but I wasn't convinced yet since she can get bored of it again. But weeks go by and she's waiting for me when it's feeding time (instead of me trying to lure her and grab her and bring her to her bowl). She will only eat the canned tuna flavor in broth (god forbid it's in gravy and she'll refuse it). The loins were an even bigger hit. My picky a** girl was suddenly jumping on the countertops while I opened the loin pack because she was impatient with waiting. I was in shock at her actually pleading me to give her food. It's been half a year and it's still going strong, she only wants these as her treats!

My little kitty chose me and I am forever grateful. She was abused prior to our meeting and I have done everything I can for her, including surgery and figuring out that she has food allergies. Applaws has been our saving grace for a couple years now and I am always extremely thankful for the highest quality, best service, variety of choices, and the ability to find it at stores and online. We love the new broths too!!

I've given my cat little bits of tuna and salmon and he's ok with them, but there's something about these "loins" that makes him super happy. I put one down every few days as a meal replacement (he eats 3x a day wet food only) and I break it up a little cause he likes that. He usually eats the whole thing in one sitting and then walks around all happy and sedated. He's older now - 13 - so I just like to keep him healthy and happy. Yeah it's expensive but.... let the guy have some fun in his old age.
