TLDR: Pretty lights that are easy to install! They have different options for different sized poles which is nice. They are made of plastic and possibly acrylic but they seem pretty sturdy. They are solar powered which is great as well. I really love the different light options but am a little sad there isn’t a soft rotation option for the multicolored lights. They just fade in and out for different colors, but I do like that you can set one solid color if you want! It’s pretty easy to change the color as you just twist the top off and press the button. We really do like these a lot so far and recommend buying them to upgrade your porch or deck space, especially for parties or holidays!

Works as expected. These helped add some nice ambiance to my house. I haven't used any of the multi-colors yet but they will probably get turned on if we have a party around a holiday where the colors would be conducive. Everything worked out of the box and and install was simple.

I ordered these to fit on a flat board railing (no posts) and they are perfect. They are easy to attach and easy to set for color choices. They have been working great for more than a month, in some bad weather, and I love looking out the window and seeing them.They are very easy to disassemble - just twist the top about 1/4 turn and it comes off, then twist the clear plastic lens about 1/4 turn and it comes off, then you can screw the bottom plate right to the wood. Twist the lens back on, set the light color or pattern you want with the button under the bottom of the top part, then twist the top part back on, peel off the protective plastic over the solar panel, and you're done. They come with a AA battery already installed in each one, and worked right out of the box. So far, they have been lasting all night, even after a cloudy day, and still have a little glow in the early morning. I am very pleased with them.

Our yard is a pretty typical size, but fenced. Toward the back, it gets fairly dark. So, these appealed to me as an option to show more light when we let pets outside during colder months in the midwest. And maybe even a festive look during holidays.I ordered these while staying in an apartment for a long-term project thinking I would bring them back with me in time for the holidays and be able to install them. But did not return in time. So, still waiting to review the festive look.However, I wanted to offer insight on this item as soon as possible. The set does come well-made, well-packed and offers a lot in the box. There are MANY colors to choose from -- so matching decor or appearance desires is no trouble at all.The solar panels come with film you need to peel off to get them to charge. A day in the sunlight did that. The one thing to be aware of: Choose your color before fastening everything down or it will be hard to go back in and change, the way this set works and is made to fasten.Green will be the color choice that flashes first, so it's perfect for Christmas, St. Patrick's Day or Spring and Summer. The top piece is shown next to a Christmas card to show you relativity to size and what will actually appear at the top of your fence post.Can't wait to put them up as intended! If I can add a photo later after the review is posted, I will.Good choice for middle class home owners and small business owners with fences.

These solar caps were easy to install and have been working well on gate posts to make sure people at night know there is a heavy locked gate in place across a barn access road.

I just installed them so the jury is still out.So far they are pretty Bright, but I don't like the fence post adapters they include in the box. The 5"x5" adapter is very loose and you have to be careful putting in the screw or you can break the plastic. Time will tell how they last in Colorado Winter. They are lower profile which is nice and seem to be bright. you can pick different colors to burn steady or there is an optiion to have it autoswitch from color to color. Nice looking.
