It's a great lift! Goes up and down, sides come off or can be installed upside down for a good parts holder. Differently not cheap! Does as it says though AND it's HD color pattern

I don't know what kind of BS y'all are trying to pull. How dare customer service contact me in less than 24 hours to arrange delivery. And then you shipped it right away. What's up with that? And the lift was delivered in a few days. And then the shipping company, man what kind of customer service do they think there trying to pull, calling to make sure they were sending the right truck. And then you dare to send a friendly driver. I just don't know what to say.Really though, this is a great lift and a great company to deal with. They communicated right away to confirm everything. Once it hit the freight truck R&L called to confirm I needed a truck with a lift gate. The lift arrived a few days after ordering, about a week to 2 weeks before amazon said it would. The driver was great and called when he was on the way. Very friendly too. No damage whatsoever.Assembly was straight forward. I did it by myself in about an hour and a half from starting the unpack to lifting the first load. Some of that was time wasted messing around. If you're sitting on the floor thinking about it, just do it. I could not be happier.I lifted the lawnmower first to test. Didn't want to risk the Goldwing. No issues and an easy lift.Steve

I've used this lift for a few weeks now. It is heavy steel and very robust. My heaviest bike is about 600 pounds and it lifts it with ease.I compared this to a Handy brand lift and made the decision to get this lift based on other reviews. My buddy has a Handy lift (which is twice the price) and I am using that as my basis of comparison. Assuming that Handy is the gold standard and would be a 5 star product, is the basis for my review of 4 stars. This lift is well built with some minor imperfections that are easily dealt with. As mentioned in another review, the wheel clamping mechanism is not made with high precision. I had to use 2 washers to "shim" it a bit so that it would clamp accurately. Took 10 mins and is a non issue. It could be better. Either way, it is just something to pay attention to.Other reviews have mentioned that the hardware that is included is not very good and this was not my experience. The hardware included with my lift was actually very good ... No issue there. Some of the welds could be prettier but they are all strong welds so no complaint there. Others have mentioned the welds and I see the same thing but from a structural standpoint for a garage lift, its is fine. It isn't furniture ...The lifting mechanism and the pneumatic cylinder are high quality and definitely robust. This thing does not break a sweat. Seems that it will last a long time.I had a few questions and both Frank and his technician responded quickly and supported me. They stand behind the product.I was able to un-crate and get my lift installed alone although it was challenging. I'd recommend a friends help. It is heavy and awkward for one person ...As others have stated, at this price point, you are getting a good product that performs well and seems as if it will last a long time. And the company will support you with any questions or concerns. Buy with confidence.

I bought a Direct Lift about 10 years ago, which looks exactly the same, except for the diamond pattern. The Direct Lift required 100lb pressure which was supposed to raise the bike. I would have to turn it up to at least 110 to get it to work, which they did not recommend. I sold the lift about a year ago when I was going to sell my bike, but now that I decided to keep it, I had to get a new lift. Direct Lift does not offer free shipping otherwise I might have ordered a new one. I saw A Plus lift on Amazon and it has free shipping, and also includes a free jack, a back wheel drop, and a front extension if you have a longer bike. It recommends 100 to 110 lb but raised mine easily at 105 lbs, and its rated at 1500lbs. Delivery was fast. Just add a little anti-slip tape to the ramp because your back wheel may slip. I only have used it a few times, but works great, easy assembly, but the main unit is very heavy. I have the side panels too. If you don't get the side panels you have no place for put your feet when driving it on the ramp and unless you want to end up on your side, get the side panels no matter which lift you order. Highly recommend. It makes working on your bike so much easier. It looks so much like a Direct Lift I wouldn't be surprised if they made this one too, or its a really good copy.
