Both these for our 1st responder teams at work; haven't used one yet but I don't see any reason why they won't perform well, and since we hadn't used one yet is the only reason why I didn't rate a 5 staer.

Pros: - Really small. These really could go on a key ring, backpack, whatever. - Decent quality bag. I think if they're on your keys, they'll hold up over time without deteriorating real bad. - Good design. It appears it should do the job in a pinch!Cons: - No instructions at all. Not loose with the keychains, not in the pouches, not even on the mask itself. Here's why I think that's an issue: people who have trained for rescue breaths generally use the more professional masks. It is not immediately obvious looking at one of these unfolded out of the bag how it works. This shouldn't be a problem for you or anyone you explain it to, but it would be easy to forget or have someone else try to use it and be fussing with it, losing important time. - Writing indicating which way should face the rescuer might cause someone to pause since it's clear, and again not obvious how the plastic portion works. Again, the faster you understand the thing, the faster you're performing rescue breaths. - A bit fiddly to get out of the pouch, out of the bag, unfold, and then start using. There's probably not a great solution here for something this small, but I wish it didn't require so many steps to start using.Overall I think they're still totally worth having, and are priced really reasonably. Make sure you unfold one and take a look at how it works before you throw them in a bag or whatever so you're ready to use it.
