My closet is tiny and my shoes were in pile on the floor. This organizer is strong and held ALL of my shoes! You will love it. I sure do. Well worth the money.

I'll start with the part that was my own fault. I looked at the thing not realizing that 3 out of 5 sides in each cube is poly-something or other. Bad me. I don't like my shoes getting stuck to poly-stuff. Or even being around it so much. My bad all the way. The hooks hang well on the door. Just a normal door. They seem a little not-up-to-the- job but I'm sure they'll do pretty well. Next...the pockets are not 9+ inches as stated. Maybe in some, but not mine. Close though. Everything sticks out a good inch+ than the math would suggest when your shoe's in the pocket because of the designs of both things Mostly small things but the poly-plastic stuff is a deal breaker for me. Ruins your shoes. I wish it was made of the cloth everyone uses as they did with parts of this shoe rack. Good news! If your primarily storing women's flats, you can likely get three pair in a row. It's a shoe rack. I wouldn't buy it again. And I missed the return cutoff. All good. : )

I have a large collection of faux flowers and wreaths which are stored in a spare room’s small walk in closet, my “craft closet”. I keep all my craft supplies in my craft closet and interchanging porch decor. So maximizing storage is a necessity since it’s a small closet.I had been looking for a way to store my flowers and when I saw this shoe organizer, a light bulb clicked. I customized it by cutting slits into the floors of each level, so the stems would drop down. I then got 3” strong binder rings, and hung the shoe organizer on a closet rod with them. With the rings it can slide from side to side, so I can access my wreaths that are behind it. It is a strong, great quality shoe holder and it is large, so it holds a lot of shoes. It held all my flowers with room to spare!

I like the fact that it is sturdy, fits nicely behind the door with lots of room at the bottom. Able to handle heavy weight. I gave it a four stars because the functionality does not meet the criteria. The width is not wide enough to place two pair of shoes as you can tell in my photos. It requires atleast another inch wide to make it fit perfectly for both pairs. You can still place two pairs but it will be a really tight squeeze. Little disappointed.
