These transform your grilling experience. I don’t put anything directly on the grill anymore. You still get the visible grill marks but now you can add your onions and veggies and cook altogether. They are easily cleaned if you soak them for an hour or so. Don’t let the “blackening “ of the Matt deter you. I use for months at a time and grill at least three time a week year round. Perfect for whole sides of salmon etc

Smart. As advertised. This item is very useful. Since installing it, I have not noticed any rodents. Be aware though, this item is most useful, if there are rodents not already nesting and invading your property. If rats and mice have already begun invading and nesting in your property, then these devices will be less effective. Keep it away from the room, that you at least sleep in, as even if it's on a setting you can't hear, your brain will still register it, and it could end up giving you a migraine. It's best to put away from places in your house that you frequent. They have worked brilliantly. As soon as this was received we plugged one in straight away to test it and messed around with the settings, and it works. Highly recommended!

While the product works well, each sheet doesn’t last as long as I would’ve thought. I’ve been using this product for about a year now and while I have to replace the sheet every fourth or fifth time I bbq, I keep buying the product because the barbecue stays much cleaner than without it. Another positive is that the food does cook very evenly and doesn’t stick to the grill. The sheet, however, doesn’t clean well although some debris you can scrap some stuff off gently. The sheet will get thinner and more brittle with each use, so you need to be gentle with it.

I wasn't sure about buying these but they weren't too expensive. When we bought a new grill though I decided it was worth trying them out. What an amazing product. You need to follow the instructions and keep the heat under 500 degrees when you use them. Now we are in love with these and never grill without them. The first time use we cooked steaks. Got the grill up to temperature. Put the sheets on the grill and put the steaks on. No more sticking to the grate as nothing seems to stick to to these. The steaks looked grilled - grill marks and all - even though they weren't on the grill itself but on these copper sheets. The steaks were great - evenly cooked and they looked like they had been cooked directly on the grill. The best part is the meat did not stick to the hot grill. The next item I tried was chicken. I had not cooked any chicken on my old grill in ages because you had to watch it constantly to keep it from burning. This really impressed me. I had rubbed the chicken all over with a dry rub and then placed them on these sheets on the grill. They also came out perfectly. You didn't have to worry about the chicken burning and you didn't have to keep opening the lid of the grill and losing the heat. When we are through cooking we leave the sheets on the grill until they have cooled off and then simply wipe the residue off with a paper towel and then wash them with soap and water. Good to go until they are used again. The grill has stayed amazingly clean because of these. Very little grease has dripped through so we don't have to scrub the grill as often. There are only a few drips in the drip pan. What an amazing product. If they burn then you have the heat turned too high. Now I can cook with a timer instead of constantly tending to the meat. I follow the grill manufacturer's guidelines for how long to cook on each side and it is pretty close to perfect. Sometimes I need a few more minutes. When I cooked chicken once I cooked it a little too long but it was still tender and delicious and no burn marks. I think you will be impressed. I plan to try fish and veges next - should be perfect for that.

Marinated foods and anything coated in oil do not stick. Any food not coated or with very little fat will stick a little bit but still less than directly on the grill. Not good for burgers, they just sit in their own grease (might as well cook them in a pan).Practically impossible to keep the mat clean (I mean so that it looks new). The effort it takes to really clean it is crazy. After the first couple of times, I just cleaned it off enough to re-use it.Grill marks do eventually appear but nowhere near like cooking directly on the grill.Does keep the grill clean and for that alone it was worth it.
